The interaction data is compiled from public research databases and AI analysis, and may not cover all possible interactions.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

Free tier users have limited access to features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
Redistribute interaction data or content without permission
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, branding, and technology on PharmoniQ are owned by PharmoniQ and protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content (such as comments) remains the property of the user, with a license granted to PharmoniQ for display purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHARMONIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
