  • Lead or support assigned advanced and custom customer configurations, evaluating technical risks, dependencies, compatibility, and integration requirements and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Service, Quality, and other stakeholders to resolve complex integration issues and achieve project commitments.
  • Manage multiple complex integration projects and priorities independently, identifying technical risks, resource dependencies, schedule impacts, and required escalations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configuration records, troubleshooting guides, test documentation, investigation summaries, and integration procedures in accordance with applicable engineering and quality requirements.
  • Lead or provide advanced integration expertise for NPI activities, supporting early builds, configuration, infrastructure, interfaces, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and system-readiness activities; identify integration risks and gaps, influence design refinement, and help establish standardized integration methods and lessons learned for future production execution.
