Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist / Spécialiste en analyse et en planification du personnel

The Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining workforce planning and scheduling optimization across interconnected business units: the 75-person Coverdale Patient Contact Centre (CRC) and a national network of 100+ specialty infusion and injection clinics. This role is foundational to Coverdale's multi-year operational transformation, providing the planning infrastructure, analytical rigor, and data-driven insights needed to reduce patient wait times, improve service consistency, and support national scalability. Working as a senior individual contributor, this specialist develops staffing models, scheduling frameworks, and analytics tools that support two of the organization's most critical KPIs: time to first contact and time to treatment.
