Logistics & Customer Care Specialist / Spécialiste logistique et service client

The Logistics & Customer Care Specialist is a hands-on operational role within A&D Wholesale, responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating outbound transportation, and supporting accurate and timely order fulfillment across the distribution network. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, the Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for external customers and works closely with warehouse operations, transportation providers, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in accordance with service commitments, quality standards, and established procedures.
