Job Description
Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Entry-Level Chemist to join our Trace Analytical Structural Chemistry (TASC) team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career scientist looking to build hands-on laboratory experience in a regulated environment. In this role, you will support research and development studies while working with analytical instrumentation and following established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis following SOPs, protocols, and study requirements
- Generate accurate and reliable experimental data
- Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation
- Document work in accordance with cGMP and/or GLP guidelines
- Assist with research and development projects
- Analyze and interpret scientific data
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project timelines
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC
- Laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, research, or academic coursework
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with GLP, GMP, or LIMS is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm ., plus any additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance to Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
